About Louie Watt
My Client-First Philosophy
I grew up in Miles City, served four years in the U.S. Coast Guard, and earned my bachelors degree in history with a license to teach from MSU in Bozeman. In 1998 I moved to Billings and worked as a teacher, counselor, and director of an outdoor adventure program for at risk youth. I am blessed to have a wonderful wife and two beautiful girls. I continue to love the great outdoors as well as playing softball and spending time with the many good friends I have made in the Billings community. An experienced Realtor, I work tirelessly on behalf of my clients, successfully helping them get through the home selling or buying process. I believe that a successful real estate transaction requires that all parties be treated with dignity and respect while striving for a "win-win" outcome. This philosophy along with hard work and attention to detail produces the results my clients expect, Closed Sales!
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a BILLINGS real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the BILLINGS areas, please contact me.
