I hired Louie to sell my mobile home. I found out it's very difficult to not only sell a mobile home but to find a realtor that takes so much care in selling it. From the initial listing to the sale, Louie treated it as if he were selling a million dollar house. He was in constant contact with me every time he showed it. Louie was very honest with what we needed to do to get our home ready to sell. He was also realistic about the time frame as we lived in rural Montana. With his help we were able to get an offer for full price. Although there were some problems on the buyer’s end, Louie helped us, and them through the hurdles and we closed only a couple of weeks behind schedule. We could not be more happy with the jo he did for us. Kept us informed, as we had already moved, and pushed the buyer’s agent to make sure their clients were on schedule. Louie is a great realtor! He is very professional, courteous, and hard working. He worked with me on a personal level to find the right house. He understood my budget and made sure I was looking for houses in my price range. Louie worked on a Sunday to be on top of the new listings and when the right house came on the market he made sure we acted before anyone could put an offer in. Louie also took into consideration how important wheelchair accessibility was to me, making sure we found a place that needed little or no modifications and was realistic with closing dates so we had no delays. From writing the offer to closing day, he kept me informed with the process and next steps. He worked with the bank and title company to make sure everyone was on the same page. Louie is the type of agent that will work round the clock and make your home buying experience a great one! I was honestly skeptical when I first started the process. Louie helped me every step of the way. I asked a lot of questions that he answered honestly and made sure I was clear and understood everything even if it wasn't the answer I wanted to hear. I appreciate how honest he was as that made me know he was actually there to help me and my family find our home and not just in it for the "sale". I work a crazy schedule of 50+ hours per week. Louie made himself available to me at any time of the day or evening 7 days a week to go see houses as they came up. I was in a very competitive price range where we had to act fast or the house was gone and he managed to jump on properties and set up a time ASAP and get us over there to look at it. This diligent work paid off super quick and helped us find the perfect home. I've heard horror stories from friends purchasing properties about hours of paperwork, closing months late, and how awful the experience was. Louie made my whole experience feel effortless on my part and I even closed early! He is vested in his clients during and long after the sale and truly is there to help. He still periodically checks in to see how things with the house are going and offers any of his vast advice as I need it. I highly recommend Louie to any one needing to buy or sell their homes.

Excellent home buying experience
Louie seemed to have everything under control, found us houses to look at within our price point, was very knowledgable of the housing market trends and found us a wonderful house which we were able to close on in a month. Louie works very hard to find what you are looking for and you never feel as though you are on your own. We had several other realtors "kind of looking" for us, but they didn't go to the lengths that Louie did. I highly recommend Louie if you are looking for your perfect home! Patty & Tom

Louie impressed me when I met him at an open house down the street. I pointed to my home down the block and told him that I might be selling in a few years. He took the initiative to find the house number and send me a follow-up note in the mail. I liked his energy and drive, and so, when I decided to move, I selected him as my Realtor. I was not disappointed. Louie continued to work energetically after the contract was signed. In fact, I had an offer even before I put the house on the market, and Louie advised me that it was a good offer and in my best interest to accept - even when it meant that he would have a reduced commission. When that offer fell through (in no way his fault), he worked hard to market my house, listening to my preferences as he advised me based on his professional expertise. Louie made my FIRST home buying experience really fun! He was very patient with me in trying to figure out what I want and needed. He was very flexible in being able to showing me homes, sometimes even putting his family aside for an hour. He is truly committed to finding his clients their best home. Unlike some Realtors who are just out their for a big paycheck. At closing he got me and my kids a gift, to help keep the kids busy while we moved! It was a thoughtful life saver! Louie Watt is a great man and a great Realtor !! We had another Realtor and we could not get the time of day from this other Realtor!! So we fired him and gave Louie a shot and within weeks Louie had our house sold!! We also used him for buying our new home, we have a handicap child so we had to be very picky, but Louie was very patient. I would recommend Louie anytime
